New to yoga? Our beginner's yoga classes are the perfect place to start. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the basics and help you build a strong foundation for your practice.
All levels are welcome! However, the class will move at a faster pace than our Basics class, and will assume that you have a basic knowledge of asanas (poses). The instructor will help students modify postures as needed, and easier versions of asanas will be offered during practice so students can move at a comfortable pace.
SmartFLOW classes celebrate the innate intelligence of mindful, flowing movement, developed by California based master yoga teacher, Annie Carpenter. SmartFLOW sequences are intelligently designed for a healthy and safe yoga practice. Britni Serou is one of only 5 certified SmartFLOW trainers internationally. Brenna is a certified SmartFLOW teacher and our entire staff of instructors have completed the SmartFLOW 200 hour yoga training developed by Annie Carpenter.
A challenging class that combines the principles of resistance training with yoga. Kettlebells provide an offset weight that challenges the body to stabilize within a complex pattern of movements. In this power packed class, expect multiple benefits in all body systems. Get strong, increase agility, improve balance, build a strong spine and core, and more.
Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga connects breath with movement while building strength and flexibility with a strong focus on alignment. Learn to let go of outside distractions as you take your focus inward. Leave feeling calmer and more balanced, physically and mentally.
In this Strong Flow, we'll build heat quickly, but still have time for a sweet cool down at the end. Modifications will be offered during practice so students can move at a comfortable pace.

A perfect place to begin if a person is challenged by mobility, balance, transitions from the floor or low surfaces, and/or flexibility in general.
Using a chair, the class explores the fundamental building blocks of yoga poses. The practice starts as an inquiry of the body when seated, and flows into gentle supported movement involving both standing and balancing postures.
Chair Yoga can improve strength and mobility, as well as breath awareness and mindfulness.

One hour of profound rest and relaxation. This class has been described as pure bliss with the benefit of residual stress relief. No experience needed.
Guided meditation utilizing breath awareness and other points of focus to help steady attention and quiet the mind. Beginners and regular practitioners are welcome.
