Flow/Vinyasa Yoga is a practice that combines movement with breath. Yoga allows us to connect to our inner body via the breath - in turn, this creates space between thoughts and reactions. Yoga builds resilience to the stressors of daily life.
Yoga is a moving meditation. It's a way to the Self through inner body awareness and the ever present breath.
We offer FREE guided meditation sessions Tuesdays and Saturdays (see the schedule).
